DICAM is a family-owned company developing logistics real estate in Mechelen North. Our two buildings, from 2016 and 2026, are designed for efficiency and controlled energy use.

For years we ran our own distribution company, so we know first-hand what a warehouse needs to work well. Every unit is designed for efficiency and comfort, for the people working in it every day.

We believe good warehouse space should not come at the planet's expense. Our units feature solar panels, EV charging and bike storage.

The location was a strategic choice from the start: right next to the E19, so goods move efficiently and people reach the site without detours.
