Dicam is a family-owned business developing logistics real estate in Mechelen North. We combine existing warehouses with a new-build project built for efficiency — energy-conscious construction from the ground up.

Our experience comes from running our own distribution company for years, so we know first-hand what a warehouse needs to actually work. That experience shaped how we built: every unit is designed with efficiency and comfort in mind, for the people working in it every day.

We believe good warehouse space shouldn't come at the planet's expense. Our units are built with energy efficiency in mind, equipped with EV charging stations and bike storage.

The location was a strategic choice from the start — right off the E19 motorway, so goods move efficiently and people can reach the site without unnecessary detours.
