How DICAM handles your personal data

Data collected: the data you enter in the contact form (name, phone, email, company, subject and message), and technical browsing data (functional cookies).

Purpose and legal basis: to answer your request and prepare a possible rental offer (pre-contractual measures and legitimate interest).

Recipients: your data is processed by DICAM and hosted by our provider Odoo. It is never sold or passed on to third parties.

Retention: 3 years after the last contact, unless a lease is signed.

Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. Email miguelvdb@dicam.be. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (www.dataprotectionauthority.be).
